September 23, 2021 No Comments on UPLIFTING LIVING CONDITIONSMayor Romualdez signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City Government of Tacloban and Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), advancing the implementation of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), with the target to empower and uplift the living conditions of the underprivileged communities in the city.
Moreover, the Local Chief Executive personally received the checks from SHFC amounting to P38,981.25 (Villa Plan HOA Inc. ) and P166.609.27 (Villa De Tacloban HOA Inc. ) as service fee in favor of LGU- Tacloban for the projects involving the two Community Associations/ Home Owners Associations.
Meanwhile, Mayor Romualdez was joined by Senior Accounts Specialist- SHFC Ma. Corina Montilla, Tacloban City Housing and Community Development Head Ted Jopson, and CMO Chief of Staff Atty. Jojo Lacanilao at the turnover ceremony which was held at the CMO Boardroom yesterday, September 22, 2021.
