In line with Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the “Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA),” the Office of the City Assessor of Tacloban City is currently undertaking the preparation of the 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for Land and Buildings within Tacloban City.

Property owners, taxpayers, barangay officials, and other stakeholders are hereby cordially invited to review the Proposed Schedule of Market Values and participate in the upcoming Public Consultation in relation to the General Revision of Real Property Assessments, scheduled as follows:
