July 16, 2019 No Comments on Palanog residents get free services from City GovernmentAbout 700 residents of the three barangays in Palanog received food packs and free services from the City Government of Tacloban’s Barangayan through the leadership of Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez on Tuesday, July 16.
The beneficiaries from barangays 103, 12, and 37- A were given free haircut, registration of live birth, as well as dental and medical consultation, and other services in accordance to their needs.
According to City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Head Ildebrando Bernadas, this I Love Tacloban Barangayan is for the good of the people wherein it aims to ensure that all of their needs will somehow be accommodated.
Bernadas also encouraged other Barangay Officials to participate in this I Love Tacloban Barangayan because the beauty of this one are all for free.
Aside from Bernadas and Mayor Romualdez, Councilor Leo Bahin who is the Chairperson of the City Council Committee on Risk Reduction and Management and City Health Officer Dr. Jaime Opinion Jr. were also present during the Barangayan.
