The activity which focused on the effective and safe movement of individuals and patients during an emergency had members of the US Navy and the 8th Infantry Division of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Participants included accredited rescue teams in Tacloban, most notably the Tacloban City Rescue Unit, Emergency Medical Services of the Bureau of Fire Protection, PNP, volunteer physicians, and personnel from Eastern Visayas Medical Center and the Tacloban City Hospital./with a report from D.
