NO WALK-IN POLICY

NO WALK-IN POLICY
August 2, 2021 No Comments on NO WALK-IN POLICY“No walk-in policy,” says City Management Information Systems Office (CMISO) Head Randy Calahi, when he gave the Vaccination Online Registration updates during today’s press briefing held at the CEO Gym.
After a few weeks of upgrading and maintenance, the city’s newly reinstated vaccination online registration introduces some added features. One of these is the button where documents are to be uploaded for City Health Office’s validation to determine applicant’s category, which means that having applied for the said online registration doesn’t necessarily make one eligible for vaccination. The CHO will have to decide on the eligibility based on the documents presented/uploaded.
Meanwhile, the official told the media that Taclobanons who have no access to smart phones and internet will have to coordinate with their respective barangays or District Health Centers for assistance, as they have been instructed to do so.
In his appeal for cooperation to Mayor Alfred Romualdez’ mandate to strengthen Tacloban’s vaccination online registration, Mr. Calahi reminded the applicants to provide true and existing contact numbers and email address in order for them to receive their schedules.
He further emphasized the importance of providing honest information and real documents in strengthening said system and the success of the city’s vaccination rollout.
