National Vaccines Operation Center (NVOC) lauds Tacloban’s Vax
November 22, 2021 No Comments on National Vaccines Operation Center (NVOC) lauds Tacloban’s VaxDriveNVOC- the national government’s overseer of the vaccination rollout lauded Tacloban City’s Vaccination drive. Tacloban City Health Officer Dr. Gloria Fabrigas shared the news after receiving a message from NVOC commending the ramp-up and more aggressive vaccination campaign. The city also crosses another milestone after completely vaccinating 50% of the target population.
To further reach the grassroots, the vaccination team conducts pop-up vaccinations in the barangays. Frontliners visited Barangay 110 Utap today, November 22, and are set to innoculate residents of Barangays 94-A and 92 tomorrow, November 23.
Mayor Alfred Romualdez continues to call on unvaccinated individuals to get their jab as the city inches to clinching herd immunity. The city’s vaccination centers are open from Mondays to Saturdays.
