December 11, 2019 No Comments on LOOK:The City Government of Tacloban received the Performance Challenge Fund amounting to Php 3.5 M on Tuesday for being one of the recipients of the 2019 Seal of Good Local Governance. The local government will use the fund for the procurement of water tankers that will be used for the delivery of potable water to the north resettlement sites.
