December 10, 2019 No Comments on LOOK:Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez listens to a presentation on the newly-developed Tacloban City Safety App by MIS Head Randy Calahi on Tuesday. The SMS-based application will be useful in the prevention of crime, emergency response, and basic services delivery in the City. Commissioned by the City Government, the app which can be accessed offline was developed with the help of students from the Eastern Visayas State University.
