July 11, 2019 No Comments on Credit Surety Fund Operation – PlanningAs one of the members of Tacloban City Credit Surety Fund Cooperative (TCCSFC), the City Government through the leadership of Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez joined the operations planning held at the extension office of Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Abucay on Thursday. The TCCSFC being the first credit surety fund in Region 8 is in collaboration with CDA and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Also, it was created through the Republic Act. 10744 which aims to give opportunities to primary cooperatives.
Other member of this includes the primary cooperatives, Development Bank of the Philippines and IGLF.
Meanwhile, Atty. Ma. Corazon Montallaña, TCCSFC Chairperson confirmed that 15 original members attended the said program. -CBM/TCIO
