June 9, 2021 No Comments on Centenarian receives an amount more than her ageThe City Government of Tacloban thru the CSWDO delivered a fifty thousand (P50,000.00) peso check as cash incentive under RA 10868 or The Centenarian Act of 2016 to 100 year old senior citizen Mrs. Restituta G. Gallardo from Barangay 96 Calanipawan, Tacloban City.
The beneficiary also received another 100,000.00 check from DSWD FO 8 also as cash incentive from the national government. The said centenarian can still read and write and is being taken cared of by her daughter who is a retired social worker from DSWD FO VIII, Tacloban City.
