Among the agenda discussed were the various memoranda issued in February and March 2019, the prohibitions on the use of social media accounts and playing of mobile games during office hours. The meeting also discussed the joint COMELEC and CSC advisory on Electioneering and Partisan Political Activities, Capability Building and other HR matters.
