July 13, 2021 No Comments on A STEP CLOSER TO BE OWNEDAs vowed by Mayor Alfred Romualdez to help lessen the legalization process fees of those housing recipients who recently received their certificate of land titles, the ‘notarization hub’, situated at Tacloban City Hall-North Extension has finally started serving beneficiaries on Tuesday, July 13.
The free notary service offered by the city government, though on a first-come, first-serve basis, is making it easier for the said beneficiaries to let their property titles be notarized as it was brought closer to their homes.
At least 100 housing owners with complete pertinent documents are set to be served daily.
To note, the distribution of land titles for Yolanda ‘Pabahay’ recipients is part of the local chief executive’s commitment to providing the said families with land and housing units that they can officially call their own.
