8 MODERNIZED BUSES PLYING SAN ROQUE, TACLOBAN LAUNCHED

LOOK: Around 10:15 a.m. on Monday (May 29, 2023), the launching of Public Utility Vehicles (PUV) units of San Roque Scandinavian Transport Cooperative was held with LTFRB Regional Director Gualberto N. Gualberto, representatives from Landbank, Cooperatives Development, and other stakeholders leading the ceremony.

In support of the modernization program, Roswell Garcia, chairman of San Roque Scandinavian Transport Cooperative (SRSTC) also graced the event.

Likewise included as guests were representatives from the private sector such as Leyte Lending Center, Durabuilt Motors Inc., and JourneyTech Inc.

The new 8 PUVs will ply the routes Anibong, EVSU/LNHS, Real, Justice, and Tacloban Public Market going to Brgy. San Roque.

These newly turnover units are envisioned to aid the need of the riding public to have clean, well-managed, and modern transportations that will traverse Tacloban North.
