Mayor Cristina inspects installed streetlights in relocation site
TACLOBAN CITY – The newly installed secondary streetlights in North Hill Arbours were inspected by Mayor Cristina G. Romualdez on Friday, August 24. At least 50 streetlights were installed by the City General Services Office (CGSO) in the subdivision which is home to 1,000 families, as part of the commitment of Mayor Romualdez to bring basic government services to the resettlement sites.
The CGSO has other ongoing streetlights installation projects in Greendale, Ridgeview, and Guadalupe resettlement sites.
An Electrification Project with LEYECO II and the National Housing Authority is also being coordinated by the City Government to provide electricity to homes in the resettlement areas. – H.J. Roca/CIO
