TACLOBAN CITY,The Tacloban City Police Station (TCPS) has been upgraded to Tacloban City Police Office (TCPO).The upgrading was made official during the `TCPS Deactivation and Upgrading` held yesterday at the TCPS Quadrangle, this city, which was presided by PNP Regional Director Mario Sandiego.
