TACLOBAN CITY – Mayor Cristina G. Romualdez together with DOLE Leyte North Chief Officer Bernardita Navarra led the distribution of some 55 sari-sari store packages and 30 pedicabs on Wednesday, to beneficiaries of the DOLE Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP) – a livelihood program in partnership with the City Government of Tacloban and DOLE through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).

The beneficiaries who have completed skills training courses conducted by Cristina’s Learn and Earn Program (CLEP) were assured by Mayor Cristina that there will be more livelihood opportunities this year. – GARRETH EDUARD C. NOVILLO/CIO
